Semi-Formal Dance (Guest Forms Due Friday)

Doors open at 7:30, close at 8:15

Tickets will be sold the week of the dance.

You may bring non-Porter-Gaud guests. You must submit the guest form by January 17th to Mr. Hilpert. If you do not have the guest form done by this time, you may not have an outside guest. You can pick up guest forms in the front office as well.

Lunch and Learn Friday

Louis Baker, Professor of Graphic Design from SCAD, will be joining us Friday for Lunch and Learn. Professor Baker will be speaking to students and adults about an app concept design workshop and his role as a professor of Graphic Design at SCAD. Lunch will be provided for students who RSVP ONLY!

Service this Week

Monday - Extended Day helpers are needed again this semester! You can attend any day and stay for as long as you are able to record volunteer hours. Email Brett or Tillman with any questions.

Wednesday - Adopt-a-Highway after school. Meet by the Rev Statue to clean up the outer campus. We will be done by 3:45 so please join us! Email Niko or Nirvaan with any questions.

Wednesday - WINGS mentoring program. Did you miss the orientation? Email Isabelle, Mirabelle, or Ms. Tate to go through what to expect so you are on the clearance list and can attend any day you are able.

Thursday - Charitable Snack Sale for the American Red Cross. No more phones so if you do not have cash, then send your Venmo before school and email Ms. Tate your screenshot so she knows you have paid. Otherwise, bring your cash! Email Charlotte or Madison to get involved and help us raise money!

College Counseling Updates

1. Sophomore College Night will be Wednesday, January 15 at 6:30 p.m. in Gwynette Auditorium.

2. The Service Academy Information Session will be on Wednesday, January 22nd at 6:30 p.m. in the Upper School Library.

3. Juniors, remember to complete your Junior Survey in Scoir! Close date is now February 3 but the sooner the better.

4. We have a lot of testing coming up. Below are important dates to remember.
